In our last report we revealed to you the existence of a factor still unknown to TERRESTRIAL Biochemistry, which we designate by the phoneme BAAYIODUU (The Y is almost silent and the D can be understood as a very soft Z).
The BAAYIODUU is made up of 86 double atoms of KRYPTON (The expression double Atom may perhaps be incorrect for an Earthly specialist, but bear in mind the difficulties of translation when rendering our scientific terms into Earthly languages. For example, the etymology of our phoneme NIIO AA, which expresses the same meaning as ATOM, is very different. Not only do its roots have nothing to do with the Greek ones (INDIVISIBLE), but this word NIIO AA also serves us to designate a chemical molecule or a small group of unbonded atoms. This confusion stems from different physical conceptions, since we conceive of subatomic particles as simple changes of axis in a pluridimensional Network, linked to a probabilistic function. Thus, when such entities are related in some way, we call this interrelation at the microphysical level NIIO AA. Thus, for example, a pair formed by a sigma Hyperon and a proton within the atomic nucleus will also receive the name NIIO AA. The NUCLEUS itself will receive the name NIIO AAA, and likewise the PHOTON-ELECTRON interaction. To distinguish, then, the type of NIIO AA we are analysing, we shall put a coded figure before the phoneme.
Thus, when two atoms perform a specific function different from that of the others contained in an environment, they too will receive the name NIIO AA, even though those atoms are not integrated into a molecule by means of a chemical bond.
This is the case of the pairs of Krypton in the BAAYIOODUU. Of the two atoms linked to the axis, one encodes the stereotyped information of the biogenetic code. Expressed in more didactic terms: it encloses a message that was supplied to it from the origin of the Universe
(We can demonstrate that the WAAM or Cosmos is not CYCLICAL). Something like an earthly dictionary or a manual (Or more exactly, for one pair out of the 86) One page of that dictionary of 43 leaves in which ALL THE POSSIBLE FORMS of LIVING BEINGS compatible with the universal biogenetic laws are recorded and catalogued.
The other, DYNAMIC atom has a double function which we shall clarify in detail later. In the first place it CAPTURES the information coming from the cell cytoplasm (We shall clarify the process for you), encoding it temporarily.
In the second place it DYNAMIZES this accumulated information, provoking quantum alterations which, in the form of radiation, provoke alterations within the chromosomes (In the deoxyribonucleic acid), that is: MUTATIONS.
All this requires a series of preliminary clarifications without which a layman in Earthly Genetics or Biochemistry would find it difficult to understand the concepts that follow.
The first question you may ask us is this: How does the cell receive information concerning the external environment?
This is one of the most important aspects of cellular dynamism. Expressed by means of an example, you will understand it better:
Let us choose a living being familiar to Earthmen, a brachyuran commonly called a crab. You know that one of its species, very common on the American coasts, has a blue coloration owing precisely to the coloration of certain rocks covered precisely with blue-green algae. What process has enabled this species of crustacean to attain that coloration?
If this variety of crabs were blackish or brown, it would have fewer defences against its enemies, which would distinguish the animal by its contrast with the chromatic environment surrounding it. Colour camouflage, on the contrary, allows it to defend itself perfectly in this terrain. You will find similar examples in animals such as the earthly chameleon or, on our UMMO, the OERUU IIOSSAUUIGAA, a vertebrate that can merge perfectly with the rocks covered by orange lichen that are very abundant in the volcanic region of UUIDDAO UYOAA IIO.
A multitude of insects known to you adopt the shapes of twigs, of straws, of leaves, allowing them a defensive mimicry without which the species would perhaps perish. But you will have asked yourselves countless times how what you call NATURE has provided the organism with such defences. Neither the hypothesis of Natural Selection of Earthly specialists in Genetics, nor the hypotheses concerning a mutation provoked by external radiation, can account for a fact of such importance.
What, then, has happened for this so surprising phenomenon of the blue coloration of the crustacean to be produced?
In the first place we shall point out to you that a cell possesses two channels of information:
CHEMICAL CHANNEL OF INFORMATION.
RADIO-ELECTROMAGNETIC CHANNEL OF INFORMATION.
Just as a complex organic being such as Man has a series of organs, called by Earthmen SENSES, which put him in relation with the external world through information captured in the form of WAVES, so the cell has means of information that allow it to relate to the whole environment outside its complicated membrane. These means are, in the first place, ELECTROMAGNETIC frequencies OF ALL WAVELENGTHS. From those with a λ of several kilometres, which you call LONG WAVES, to the vibrations with high-energy quanta and very high frequency, designated by you with the generic and incorrect name of cosmic rays.
In the second place, the cell discriminates, through its membrane, the passage of certain chemical compounds. The cell memorizes the ingestion of such products. Rather as if we men used, to communicate with one another, a coded language in which, instead of using vibrations of the fluid air, that is, SOUNDS, we used Foods, and by tasting a sequence of consecutive dishes we understood the meaning of the message.
When the living being is simply unicellular, information about the world around it arrives directly through these two channels. Millions of radio-electromagnetic messages coming from as many emitting sources reach its cytoplasm and its nucleus (BOTH RECEIVERS OF SUCH FREQUENCIES).
These sources are very diverse, and almost all of them are located in the WAAM or COSMOS. Thus, in the case of OOYAGAA (PLANET EARTH), a significant range of radiations comes from the hot star SUN. Jupiter, for example, frequently sends you trains of waves of decametric wavelength, and the Radio sources already located by Earthly radio astronomers are so familiar to you that we do not think it necessary to repeat them here.
Many of these frequencies, although captured by the cell, are not memorized by it. But there is one frequency that is of transcendental importance for the cells of the living tissues of all beings in the Cosmos. An importance not even suspected by the specialists of the Earth, although they know of its existence. We are referring to the frequency corresponding to the 21.106-centimetre WAVE emitted by great nebulae of Neutral Hydrogen, which in the case of our Galaxy is almost entirely concentrated in the galactic equatorial Plane.
The cells of all living beings in our Galaxy (And of course those of other Galaxies) receive these wave trains from Hydrogen. But what they actually memorize are not the rapid sequences, that is, the short-period acyclic variations. The cell will not remember, for - example, the rapid variations (A in the IMAGE) over the interval of a year, but it will memorize the variations marked over intervals of the order of a thousand Earth years (THRESHOLD PERIOD MEASURED BY US: 
= 877, 533 Earth Years) (B in the IMAGE).
As a cell has a very short lifespan (Nerve cells can live about a hundred Earth years, whereas the red corpuscles of the blood barely reach 130 Earth days), the message is memorized by several consecutive generations. (You can imagine a language so slow that to capture the word S U L P H U R the collaboration of a family from the Great-grandfather down to the Great-grandson would be required).
That is how a true process of Hysteresis appears in the cell, which from generation to generation goes on accumulating radio-electric Information, suitably MEMORIZED AND ENCODED. Cells belonging to the epithelial tissue of the OEMII (HUMAN BODY) may contain, encoded within them, all the variations registered on the Planet Earth in the electromagnetic Fields of sidereal origin since the appearance of life on this Star.
But it is important to tell you which is the true receiver of these frequencies, a Receiver that needs neither the help of vacuum Valves, nor the solid-state functions of the transistors or Silicon or germanium diodes of Earth, nor capacitors nor resistors, nor power transformers nor inductive windings like Earthly receivers. This receiver is simply the WATER contained in the Cytoplasm of the Cell and in its Nucleus. Its molecular structure makes it suitable for capturing such Waves, even though their Wavelengths are much greater than its molecular dimensions.
